KATHLEEN (KATHY) UTSUNOMIYA (née Miyauchi) passed away on Sunday, January 18, 2026, at the age of 89.
Kathy will be lovingly remembered by her children, Kevin (Cathy Jo) and Sandi.
A funeral service will be held at a later date, and a longer obituary will follow.
Donations in memory of Kathy may be made to the Japanese Cultural Association of Manitoba or to an animal shelter of one's choice.

My condolences I extend to both Kevin and Sandi. I first met your Mom and Dad nearly 30 years ago when my parents moved onto Dogwood. They were the first neighbours that Mom and Dad wanted us to meet. My Mom always spoke of your Mom with great fondness and love. She became a very special friend to our family.
